Time to address the elephant in the room "mental health".

  Statistics show that 1 in every 5 individuals suffers from some form of mental health illness symptoms. 50% of mental health conditions begin by age 14 and 75% of mental health conditions develop by age 24. Suicide has emerged as the fourth leading cause of death among adolescents aged 15–19 in India.  Close to 60 to 70 million people in India suffer from common and severe mental disorders. It is alarming to know that India is the world's suicide capital with over 2.6 lakh cases of suicide a year. Statistics released by the World Health Organization say the average suicide rate in India is 10.9 for every lakh people. And behind each one of these is a sad story of an unheard child, friend and family, imagine the suffering they have to go through.
